  We had 6 windows replaced and a large patio door to replace French doors. Everything went smoothly for the windows. Kelly was able to exactly match what we wanted. The patio door had an issue and Kelly was so very accommodating. They tried to adjust the door but ultimately had to come out and completely reset the door. The process was highly consultative and there was absolutely no pressure and was relaxed and focused on ensuring we were satisfied. The quality of our door is exceptional and the installers, Harold and Jake are true perfectionists. Their work is meticulous and of the highest quality. They were both communicative during the installation and are talented craftsmen. Our Installation Manage Adam and their Operations Manager Mark  came to our house on the day of the installation to ensure that everything was the way we wanted it. We truly felt like VIP customers and their high level of service is flawless. We highly recommend Kelly Door and Window. They went above and beyond to create a successful outcome.   Initially we signed with Kelly for replacing 15 wooden windows, and after seeing the quality of the work by Cruz and Alex installing aluminum cladding over the exterior wood trim, we decided to add to our project and clad the remaining windows which had been previously replaced. Dan did excellent work, being sure to install the cladding underneath the J-channel vinyl trim. We will be replacing the siding on our house in a future project, and the attention to detail to ensure the cladding is installed all the way back to the plywood was really important to us. I only have positive things to say about the work that was performed. The craftsmanship was incredible to witness. They’re taking flat sheets of aluminum and bending them into the shape of the trim cladding. Thank you Cruz, Alex, and Dan for the excellent work!
