Professional Installation
The finished result depends on more than selecting a good product. Our installation team pays close attention to measurements, fit, sealing, alignment, finish details, cleanliness, and protecting your home throughout the replacement process.
A Stress-Free Replacement Experience
Our Stress-Free Guarantee reflects our commitment to clear communication, thoughtful recommendations, professional craftsmanship, and accountability from the beginning of the project through installation.
Local Support After the Project
Kelly Window and Door remains available after installation if you have questions about your windows or doors, need product information, or require help with a warranty-related concern. You continue to have a local team to contact long after installation day.
What a Complete Window & Door Replacement Can Uncover
When replacing aging windows and doors, some of the most important conditions are not always visible until the existing products are removed. One Kelly Window and Door project in nearby Apex involved homeowners dealing with fogged windows, deteriorating trim, and exterior doors that had become worn and difficult to use.
The project included replacement windows as well as a sliding patio door, steel front entry door with a sidelite, and another exterior entry door. During removal of the existing patio door, the installation team discovered rotted material at the bottom of the opening that needed to be addressed before the replacement could be completed correctly.
The project is a good example of why professional replacement involves more than ordering a window or door that fits approximately the same opening. Existing conditions, accurate measurements, installation details, and the ability to address problems discovered during the work all influence the finished result.
