Kelly Window & Door was founded in 1994 by Mike Kelly, who built the company around a simple belief: a business should be about more than the products it sells. It should serve people well.
Over the years, Mike grew Kelly Window & Door into a respected Cary-based window and door replacement company serving homeowners throughout the Triangle. He was known not only for his dedication to customers, but also for the culture he created within the company and his commitment to helping employees grow. “Serving People Well” became more than a saying—it became the standard behind how Kelly approached its work.
After Mike passed away in 2021, his son, Andrew Kelly, took over the company and has continued leading Kelly Window & Door with the same family-centered values and commitment to homeowners.
Today, more than 30 years after the company began, Kelly Window & Door remains family-owned and focused on helping Triangle homeowners navigate window and door replacement with clear guidance, careful installation, and a stress-free experience.
